I recommend this discipline to everyone for studying!
As part of the course “Modern Marketing Tools: Chatbots and Messengers” (which is an elective discipline for Marketing specialty) I received useful skills for creating a chatbot in the field of Marketing.
After completing the course, I was able to create a chatbot for the Instagram socks store @modern_soocks by myself.
I want to express my gratitude to Oleksii Valentynovych, who is the instructor of this course, for clear and informative presentation of the material.
After completing and successfully finishing the course “Modern Tools in Marketing: Chatbots”, I learned how chatbots are created, why they are needed, how they help optimize business operations. I really liked the course material, it was completely clear and accessible even for those who hadn’t created chatbots before.
It was valuable that the instructor showed all stages of bot creation and nuances that arise during development in practice.
I received answers to questions that arose during the learning process and their practical analysis as well.
What’s equally important, the instructor provided additional materials for in-depth understanding of chatbot structure in the format of video practices from the SmartSender platform.
After completing the course, I am confident that I will continue studying chatbots and engaging in their development to gain personal experience, which will become an additional income for me in the future.
Among the disadvantages, I can highlight the transfer of class schedules to a separate cabinet or personal account. I understand that the department decides this, but as an action, it would be ideal if all workload could be returned. Since accessing the personal account each time requires more time.
Friendly staff, responsive teachers and a close-knit good atmosphere — literally “HOME”. If there wasn’t quarantine and war — this would probably be the best year of my studies, since even from the first weeks it became clear that it’s interesting at the department — everyone “caught” something special, and it’s worth saying that in 4 years at another department, I had never been on an excursion, but in marketing in literally 2 months of study I had already visited many places — Kozachenko factory, Polisan (or Orabas), they are short, but at the same time a cool course from Poland. I’m sure that if it weren’t for world circumstances, there would have been lots of excursions, which I would have been delighted to observe myself.
