Feedbacks from the #Restless about their studies

During the semester, I studied the elective discipline “Modern Marketing Tools: Chatbots and Messengers”. This subject is one of the most interesting at the university because students gain practical skills in modern technologies that are extremely important for a marketer.

To get the final grade, I created two own chatbots for the online webinar “Printing Days”, which will be virtually conducted by SumDU library and “Ellada” publishing house, another bot for “MegaCoffee” cafe, where you can place orders without waiting in line.

Thank you to Oleksii Valentynovych for clear explanations, hints, and interesting information!

I recommend this discipline to everyone for studying!

As part of the course “Modern Marketing Tools: Chatbots and Messengers” (which is an elective discipline for Marketing specialty) I received useful skills for creating a chatbot in the field of Marketing.

After completing the course, I was able to create a chatbot for the Instagram socks store @modern_soocks by myself.

I want to express my gratitude to Oleksii Valentynovych, who is the instructor of this course, for clear and informative presentation of the material.

After completing and successfully finishing the course “Modern Tools in Marketing: Chatbots”, I learned how chatbots are created, why they are needed, how they help optimize business operations. I really liked the course material, it was completely clear and accessible even for those who hadn’t created chatbots before.

It was valuable that the instructor showed all stages of bot creation and nuances that arise during development in practice.
I received answers to questions that arose during the learning process and their practical analysis as well.
What’s equally important, the instructor provided additional materials for in-depth understanding of chatbot structure in the format of video practices from the SmartSender platform.

After completing the course, I am confident that I will continue studying chatbots and engaging in their development to gain personal experience, which will become an additional income for me in the future.

After completing the course, we learned how to properly create a chatbot on Manychat and Smartsender platforms, discovered all the features and tricks in its creation.
We learned how to properly use growth tools and connect the bot to various social networks: Instagram, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp.
The instructor managed to interest me during the study of the discipline and answered all the questions asked. After completing the discipline, I will continue to develop in this direction. I have already registered for a chatbot course for further study.

It seems like it was just yesterday when I came to Sumy to submit documents for admission to Сумський державний університет ӏ СумДУ ӏ Sumy State University ӏ Sumdu, and today I have already received my master’s degree!
But it only seems so, because if you think about it, a lot has happened during this time and I lived these 5.5 years in Sumy to the fullest. Tried not to miss anything. As my mom used to tell me in childhood: “Just wave your little finger – and you’ll run right away”. I know Sumy better than many of its native residents. Participated in many city and university events. Merged with their rhythms.
Now I am sincerely grateful to the restless Department of Marketing for the last 1.5 years of master’s studies. Thank you Institute of Business, Economics and Management of SumSU for constantly improving the learning process.
Over all these years, I have observed only growth and this makes me proud.
And I wish all my groupmates and friends gained during studies to be happy, wherever life takes you.
So, a new step has been completed, moving forward. Learning, of course, doesn’t end.
Learning continues. Informal. Setting new goals and achieving them

Feedbacks from the #Restless about the trainings

Tetiana Volodymyrivna, good evening. I want to say a big thank you for recommending this event. The webinars were cool, yesterday’s assessment was absolutely fire, even though it was a bit tough (mostly 3-6 year students and older) — still awesome. We spent a long time organizing the work, solved the case, but didn’t have time to present it. This was my first experience in such a format. Today we received feedback from HR representatives of top companies who were present yesterday, I’ll say this, I’m positively surprised. If something similar happens, I’ll gladly participate.

I liked the topic of messenger marketing in Ecommerce the most, the girl explained it interestingly. There were enough examples, nuances, which is very important. I would like to listen to more topics like this.

I liked the event. There were very relevant topics, for example about chatbots, SEO strategies, how to launch a product catalog on Telegram. Working as a marketer, it’s important to constantly implement new opportunities for product promotion. So, I will definitely implement the knowledge gained in my work. Each speaker is special in their own way, but the information was presented very well by everyone. Actually, I dream of attending such an event offline to discuss marketing tricks in more detail. However, even online, this conference gave a powerful charge and motivation to work on projects with even better quality. Thank you!

I’m studying for a master’s degree. Before entering the department, there were doubts about switching from another specialty, but they disappeared immediately on the first day of studying in the new place, namely in “marketing”, because every word that was said by teachers, I understood 100%, and I didn’t even have to ask again about what was said – probably found my place.

Friendly staff, responsive teachers and a close-knit good atmosphere — literally “HOME”. If there wasn’t quarantine and war — this would probably be the best year of my studies, since even from the first weeks it became clear that it’s interesting at the department — everyone “caught” something special, and it’s worth saying that in 4 years at another department, I had never been on an excursion, but in marketing in literally 2 months of study I had already visited many places — Kozachenko factory, Polisan (or Orabas), they are short, but at the same time a cool course from Poland. I’m sure that if it weren’t for world circumstances, there would have been lots of excursions, which I would have been delighted to observe myself.

I only entered SumSU for a master’s degree, so I have something to compare it with!

Previously, I studied at another institution, even in another city. After entering our Marketing Department, I was pleasantly surprised, as I didn’t expect anything radically new. I had the impression that they would turn out to be very similar. This thought was based not only on personal experience but also considering friends, former classmates, and just acquaintances. But the Marketing Department opened new emotions towards learning in me. I didn’t regret moving to another city.

First of all, I really liked the classes in the auditorium where you can sit on chair-pillows, it’s cozy and creates a special contact between students and teacher. The next pleasant thing for me was conducting lectures not “from paper”. Previously, I encountered teachers simply reading lectures from slides or notebooks they had with them, but here I also rarely encountered this, these were isolated cases. Perhaps it also played a role that I really liked the “creative colors”, there is a special atmosphere in the department, and there is even its own YouTube channel, an interesting Instagram feed is maintained, and there is even its own chat. Yes, due to the start of the war, teachers are not indifferent to the process. They are forced to feel the asynchronous flow of learning, but this doesn’t prevent teachers from being understanding towards us.

An obvious minus is the question of relationships with relatives due to exaggeration most of the time — remotely, which is also a problem, but is supported! So teachers also see feedback.

Employers' Feedbacks about the #Restless

The presence of experts from real business allows marketing department students at SumSU to gain relevant knowledge and see how theoretical concepts are applied in practice. Thanks to such specialists, lectures become more dynamic, lively and interesting, as they share real cases, analyze current market trends and talk about their own professional challenges. This is a huge plus for students, as they have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss and even receive advice for their own projects or startups. Practitioners help understand that marketing is not only about theory, but also about the ability to adapt to market conditions, think creatively and work with data. In addition, such meetings allow students to establish contacts with potential employers or mentors, which opens doors to future internships or jobs. This increases the practical value of education and helps better prepare for professional activities after graduation. Involving practitioners in teaching at the Marketing Department of Sumy State University is one of the strongest aspects of the educational process.
