As always, our students want to learn from the best, and this time, on March 16, they attended an online lecture on the topic: “Optimization of B2B marketing through customer training programs: best practices from the world’s leading technology companies.”
This event was organized by the EBA Management Development Centre, the speaker was Oleksandra Allison-Syzova, Director of Enable Growth Ltd (UK), Former Google, Microsoft, Cisco, and London Business School.
The topics for discussion were:
- What is customer education and why is it critical today.
- How customer education is changing marketing, PR, and communications today.
- Types of customer training and their preferences at each stage of the sales funnel.
- How to build a successful customer education program in your company to attract new customers and increase the check from existing customers.
