December 2020 has started with lectures and training on opportunities for small and medium enterprises in Ukraine for students from Economics, Management, Marketing, Information Technologies and Engineering. More than 30 participants took part in the lectures and trainings. Speakers Oleksiy Lyulyov and Tetyana Pimonenko presented the features of the business environment developing in EU countries, successful cases that could guide Ukrainian business. During the training, students discussed the role of small and medium enterprises in developing the country's economy. Under the training, all students were divided in the group with equal members from different specialities. Each group were discussing options and challenges for developing small and medium enterprises in Ukraine. As a result, on 20 December the participants presented ideas on the future development of small and medium enterprises in Ukraine.

On December 26-29, 2020, Tetyana Pimonenko and Oleksii Lyulyov provided online training for  34 students from different speciality on the perspectives of green entrepreneurship in Ukraine in the framework of the project «EU policy for SMEs: perspectives and challenges for Ukraine» (619999-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE). In the beginning, the speakers told on the features of green entrepreneurship and incentive instruments on the EU examples. During the training, students were working in the team and generating ideas for green entrepreneurship. The multidisciplinary character of teams' members allowed for developing creative ideas for green business and highlighting ecological and economic and social benefits of green entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
